I was a little skeptical about this, but my husband and I tried it and loved it! He is disabled and has very little hip mobility, and the stiffness of the material served very well for maintaining an angle. It was not too stiff as to be uncomfortable for me. The material is rather dry, and so you’ll likely need a good amount of lube. I’m naturally “gifted” in this area, so dryness was not a problem for me. Also, I was worried six inches would be a little on the small side, but it’s perfect. The girth is generous without being too garish.
The strap sizing is good. My husband is a little on the large side (maybe 46-48 in the waist? Unsure), and he was able to wear it okay. The elastic straps are somewhat uncomfortable, but not a deal-breaker. Also, if your man is gifted in the “two veg” area, it is a bit of a tight fit. I bought this product for an ed problem. The description of this product was fairly good. The legs straps are way to short and are really not adjustable this should be improved. If you really have a 42 ” waist I dont believe this product would work. For me however with just using the waist band it stayed in place and worked wonderfully. I feel that the hollow portion would fit all but the largest of men. My wife indicated that the length was perhaps slightly to long but the girth was perfect.
