1. What is your return policy?
If you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days when you get your items.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the corresponding original packaging included.
If we can’t sell it again, we won’t refund or exchange it for you.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
The item(s) have been worn or washed
The item(s) have been altered
The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is the fault of the supplier
The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
The item(s) were a Final Sale item
Please note that all toys and products must be unworn and returned in its original packaging. Due to health and safety hazards, we cannot accept returns or refunds for toys and products that have been opened or worn.
2. Compensation Policy

1.Product defects and quality problems.
(Normally, we will refund you about 10-30% for this item according to the specific problems if you would like to keep it. we will bear the shipping fee if you still want to return. Note: we won’t bear the shipping fee if you return it via expensive shipping way.)
2. The adult toys product length, color, and style do not match the description on the website. (Normally, we will refund you about 10%-30% for this item according to the specific problems if you would like to keep it. Because there is no transportation charge, we don’t bear the returning shipping fee.)
Not the right length, don’t like product color, style, and material.

3. Method of Return and Refund

We will process your case within 24-72 hours once you submit your request.

When our warehouse receives your package and confirms the product you returned, we will arrange a refund or exchange for you.
4. How long does it take for the refund to be processed?
After we received your returns, we will refund you within 48 business hours.
If you paid with the balance of your Paypal account, the whole process will take about 24-48 business hours;
If you paid with the credit card, it will take about 14-30 days as your bank need to process the refund to you.
